Load via FTP error

I have loaded several files successful via FTP. I am, however, having problems with one particular (fairly large) file. My most recent attempt resulted in an error:
Load error: Transfer aborted: send error (reply code 451) - load aborted

Could you please tell me how I can troubleshoot this further?

You can see the log of the whole FTP session by selecting File->View FTP Log from the menu. That might give some clues.

How big is the file? How much data was loaded before it fails?
